In real estate we talk about location, location, location.  In email marketing its all about the words, words, words. How you construct that email, the subject lines you use and the call to action punch at the end all have a bearing on whether the reader will actually be your audience and ultimately converted into a customer.

By personalising your email to the recipient, you keep it on a comfortable level that is most likely to get the message read. Throw in some excitement and passion with your wording. Know what to include or exclude so your message doesn’t end up in the Spam Box. Break up the message with some graphics. And that’s just the begining.
