When You Outsource, You Regain Your Freedom
Place a value on your time. When you work in real estate, one of the most important things to remember is how much your time is really worth. When you think about the dull or repetitive tasks that you are doing, you’ll find this work is not worth your high per hour price tag! When you outsource, you’ll pay someone else to take care of those responsibilities while you give attention to the more important, listing and closing sales where your skills and relationship matter.
Saving on Resources. Think about everything that goes into the tasks that you want to outsource. This will range from things like preparing brochures to maintaining databases and keeping a blog up to date. After a while the myriad of tasks that need to be done each week add up. For instance, blogging requires a bit of research, writing an article and then finally posting the story on the website.
If you are outsourcing an activity, you get more than just the task itself out of the way. You will also get someone who specialises in areas of your business that you may not know quite as well as or have no desire to do. Depending on the project, this might save you money and learning time.
Now you are probably thinking that this is going to be expensive… Well, this is the real difference about outsourcing. It is far cheaper to have multiple assistants than one full time assistant. With outsourcing you pay per hour for what you need or per task, not per week employment benefits, lunch breaks, etc.
But best of all, outsourcing frees you up to try new things with your business, learn more and experience new aspects of your industry. These are the things that will help your business to grow even more profitable.
